Its Development and Comparisons with Other Devices

The Lymphstar Pro instrument uses a technology called noble gas ionization. This basic concept originated many years ago with the "violet ray" and other electrical devices made in the 1920s and beyond. All efforts in the exploration of electrical/electronic medicine were suppressed by the AMA and special interest groups and little development was seen for decades in the US. A new interest in alternative therapies in the 1980s and the revolution in solid state electronics led to a renewed interest in research and development of new generation of electromagnetic instruments.

The ionized noble gas technology in general was found be effective at re-polarizing the electrical charge of proteins circulating in the lymphatic fluid, thus promoting better flow in the system and drainage of the tissues. However, compared to later discoveries, the earliest instruments had a simple circuit in terms of cellular communication, some internal problems that made the devices break down easily, emitted too much ozone, radiated very high radio frequencies which can burn the tissue, or created much too high of an electrical charge than necessary. They also did not address the complexity of cellular communication via induction and resonance, which has been discovered through the work of Gilbert Ling, Ph.D. ("A Revolution in the Physiology of the Living Cell")¹. In addition, some of the inventors had no practical medical background from which to draw. Most of these devices are still being marketed today. This is not to imply that these devices do not move lymph or have positive effects. What is being outlined here is the level of technology that has been attained since they were initiated.

Superior Features of the Lymphstar Pro

Among the innovations implemented within the Lymphstar was a circuit designed to be more biologically compatible than the other products. Research into cellular energetics found that the way in which the energy flows in cellular communication is via a burst of information (energy) followed by a drop off, then another burst of information and drop off. In order to create a truly biologically interactive machine, it is desirable to provide similar information to the body in order to induce the desired cellular response. The Lymphstar Pro has had this circuit since its creation. It is the only device of its kind with this feature. It can be heard within its unique sound. One can hear a complex sound, rich with many sound harmonics. This sound demonstrates the symphony of information coming eventually through the transmission head - information at thousands of pulses and drop-offs per second. Other noble gas instruments that claim to move lymph have a steady pulse or ticking which indicates that they do not provide the level of sophistication that the Lymphstar Pro does. The repetition of the pattern of frequencies in the Lymphstar circuit is so complex as to not repeat the same pattern many years, if left on continuously.

In addition to the improved cellular communication mentioned above, this means that the adaptation effect is minimized. The body will adapt to any signal which is repeated over time, the same as with drugs and other remedies. The objective with using frequency technologies is to keep the frequency information complex enough so that there is no adaptation effect, and the effectiveness is continual.

The result of this discovery is that one can actually hear the complex frequency patterns as tones produced by the Lymphstar in comparison to its competitors. In practical use this means that it is more subtle yet more effective, given the needs of the cells for communication (induction) rather than as a stimulus response. Induction is speaking the body's language and thereby encouraging a more effective response. The results for the practitioners who use it and that have had the LBG, for instance, are that the Lymphstar Pro is the product of choice. Results are longer lasting and also less harsh with regards to stimulus-induced detoxification effects.

In response to the needs of practitioners and availability of new electronic components, the Lymphstar was improved by adding a digital pulse-rate variability controller in the new Lymphstar Pro model (introduced in the summer of 2000). This feature is engineered to give greater flexibility in use of the instrument. The following describes this innovation in more detail.

The Lymphstar Pro has the same basic circuit as the standard Lymphstar. The addition of a pulse rate variability dial. This consists of a digital push button with numbers from zero to nine. One can set the pulse rate by pushing the button once for each number advance. The use of this dial is suggested as follows.

• The setting of 5 is the average rate for use of the Lymphstar Pro. This is the setting one would use most often for general therapy.
• Turn the unit on, set the intensity dial to half strength, and then listen to all the settings. When one pushes the top button, the numbers will go lower with 0 being the fastest rate. When one pushes the bottom button, the numbers will go higher with 9 being the slowest rate. Note the different sounds.
• The higher settings to nine are much slower and this means that the information contained in the frequencies is less compressed. This would make the therapy more soothing or relaxing. Also, it is a better setting for the more highly toxic person. One would gradually increase the speed over several treatments for the toxic person. It is advises for early treatments for almost everyone.
• The lower settings put the frequencies at a much more highly compressed rate. This means that the information is more stimulating and more concentrated, working at a deeper level. This setting is better for breaking up deeply congested areas, such as a resistant breast cyst. As therapy progresses, one may use higher settings in general. Also, the settings may be used at each pole, highest and then lowest, for the same area of the body to affect the breaking up of resistant lumps. This may be good, also, for cosmetic uses such as cellulite therapy and facial work.
• In the case of each individual it is important to assess the condition of each client before using the most aggressive (lowest numbers) settings on anyone. Even if you are treating an injury, such as on a leg or arm, one should assess the general condition of the client if giving a complete lymphatic drainage treatment.
• Different methods for determining the setting at each session are:
  1. Muscle testing the client (applied kinesiology)
  2. Dowsing
  3. Experience with the technology
  4. Formal training with Lymphstar Pro therapists
  5. Call your distributor or the company for guidelines on use of this feature

Our researchers have concluded that this new feature takes the instrument to a yet higher level of performance and flexibility. It performs more rapidly and they are able to do a focused treatment on one part of the body with great effectiveness. Of course, the total lymphatic treatment is still advised, but there are needs for focused therapy as well.
