ISHAYAS' ASCENSION TECHNIQUESRelieving Stress - The Ishayas’ Ascension Techniques Our true nature is to be stress free, have unbounded joy, energy and peace within. These techniques are simple and work with your eyes opened while you are going about your day (working, driving, attending to the children, in a meeting, ect.), or while in a still moment with your eyes closed. In fact 20 minutes of eyes closed is equivalent to 8 hours of deep sleep. There is a place of peace and joy deep inside of you, waiting your attention. This is a center of calmness, where everything is as it should be. It’s not hard to find. The Ascension Techniques can help. Using these techniques and strategies, you can more easily live your life every day in a state of peace and joy, free from stress, consciously making choices that support your magnificence. Individual teaching sessions are possible although, these simple techniques are usually taught over a weekend, at what we call the First Sphere course. So named because the group of four techniques rounds out and completes an approach to addressing the fundamental stresses we experience as humans. The course usually runs from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on a Friday night, during which time you will learn the first Ascension technique. The course continues on Saturday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Sunday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm). As we teach you the first technique on the Friday evening, you are able to play with and practice it, so you can immediately dive into a new experience and have a lot of fun. The focus of the weekend is on your experience of both the mind and body relaxing into a new state of awareness.
